We always ship with tracking. The time it takes for your package to reach you will depend entirely on the postal system. We have no control over the postal processes once a package has left our house, and refunds are not issued due to situations out of our control such as postal delays, being given the wrong address or packages that have been marked as delivered.

How it works: Your order will travel first to the Frankfurt Germany Airport and fly to New York, reaching the USA in about 5-7 days. At this point it will show up in the United States postal service online tracking system. Prior to arriving in the United States the status will show as “pre-transit” but this means only that the package is still in overseas transit. You can follow the adventures of your package with the tracking number provided in Etsy. The packages must pass through US customs which typically takes a 2-3 days.
All tracking numbers will be sent along with the shipping notification you receive from Etsy and a link can be found in your shipping notification email.

Please understand that we are not responsible for packages that are not deliverable or returned to sender, as this is out of our control. If you’d like to have a returned item reshipped there is a second shipping charge.

Packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared for delivery to the US without any customs fees.
